At Snakehive, we create products built to last. But sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why our warranty ensures you’re fully protected. Every product is different, so some have different warranty coverage. Explore below to see what applies to yours.

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Our warranty covers your order from the original date of purchase under the following conditions:

1. Any defect due to a genuine manufacturing fault causing the case to become unfit for purpose.

2. You are the original purchaser of a product from the Snakehive website.* (Email order confirmation required)

3. Radstow Group Ltd (Snakehive) is still actively trading in the UK.

THE FINE PRINT:

This warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from: 

  • Installation or application failures
  • Daily wear-and-tear 
  • Drops and falls 
  • Liquid damage
  • Intentional modifications or third-party repairs 
  • Items not manufactured by Snakehive 
  • Items not sold by Snakehive or our authorised resellers 
  • Misuse or mishandling of the product 
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product​ 
  • Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena 
  • Cosmetic damage to the product that occurs after product delivery


To claim your replacement under warranty, your Snakehive case must have been purchased through our UK website, or via our eBay, Etsy, or Amazon stores. Please note that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on personalised products unless the product itself is faulty.

*If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request. This warranty only applies to the original recipient of the product.
